1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and joay9 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs your use of the joay9.bar website, the joay9 mobile app, and all services provided by our platform.

3 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on joay9 at all times. If our system detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, or device — joay9 reserves the right to:

• Immediately closing all associated accounts.
• Forfeiting all credit balances, wins, and bonuses in the account.
• Permanently barring the individual from re-registering in the future.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. joay9 recommends using a strong password, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings, and never sharing your login details with anyone. joay9 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Joay9 supports a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers, digital wallets (TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), and other digital payment methods listed in the Finance section of our platform.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the Finance page of your account and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Joay9 processes deposits instantly in most cases; any delays are the responsibility of the third-party payment provider.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in your own name.

• Joay9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

5 Bonus & Promotions
